Notes:

1. Date Definitions:
   a. Off-Season: Dates other than peak and off-peak seasons
   b. Shoulder-Season: Mondays to Fridays during the summer vacation (July 1st - August 31st); Saturdays and Sundays excluding summer vacation, national statutory holidays, and adjusted holiday periods; the 10 days before and 5 days after the Spring Festival holiday; Christmas week (December 19th - December 27th)
   c. Peak Season: National statutory holidays and adjusted holiday periods; Saturdays and Sundays during the summer vacation (July 1st - August 31st)
2. All packages are same for adult and children and must be made 2 day in advance.
3. Ticket Collection Methods
   a. Coach Tickets: Collect tickets at designated outlets by presenting the ticket number received via SMS.
   b. Ski Passes: Collect tickets at self-service machines or ticket counters by presenting the voucher code received via SMS.
   c. Ski Equipment Rental and Instruction: The Aurora Ski Club will contact guests in advance to confirm equipment handover and private lesson times. Ski Club Contact: Aurora Club Customer Service – 17841035674
4. All packages are included ski wear, boots, helmet, skis, poles (only skis come with poles), and a locker.
5. Ski Pass Policies: Real-name registration is implemented for admission and ticketing. Valid personal identification (ID card/passport/Home Return Permit/HK-Macau ID, etc.) and a ski pass are required for admission.
6. Minor visitors must book using their own valid ID documents and enter the snow park together with the accompanying adult ticket holder.
7. Snowboard Set (three pieces): Snowboard, bindings, boots; Ski Set (three pieces): Skis, boots, poles. All equipment must be arranged according to the customer’s actual size. If equipment is damaged or lost due to the customer’s own reasons, compensation of 20% of the market value of the equipment will be required.
8. Please use the ticket on the designated date. The ticket is valid for one use only. You must purchase a new ticket to enter the ski resort after leaving the ski resort.
9. All promotional images and information are for reference only. Package price do not include any attraction itineraries or certain facilities within the hotel.
10. Package must be sold in bundles and cannot be sold separately. Packages are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed, please double check all information.
11. E-levy amount equivalent to 0.15% of the total amount is included.
