6.      Once recharged successfully, reward amounts can be viewed in the "Personal Centre" section.

7.      To use your reward amounts, go to "Personal Centre" → "Reward Amounts," enter the desired amount, and generate a coupon. Use the coupon at checkout when purchasing tickets.

8.      Reward amounts must be redeemed in whole numbers (no decimals).

9.      Reward amounts can be redeemed as coupons from the date of purchase until 31 March 2026 at 23:59. Expired rewards will be forfeited.

10.  All coupons are valid until 31 March 2026 once redeemed. Redeemed coupons cannot be modified or converted back into reward amounts.

11.  Coupons are issued in the member's default currency.

12.  Reward amounts cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, transferred, gifted, or sold to others.

13.  Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons cannot be stacked. 

14.  Reward amounts cannot be combined with other promotional activities or offers.

15.  Reward amounts can only be used to purchase tickets and not for other products, including but not limited to coupons. 

16.  In the event of a recharge refund, any redeemed reward amounts will be deducted before processing the refund.

1.Sunac Land BONSKI Off-Season, Shoulder Season, and Peak Season Dates and Operating Hours: 

oOff-Season: 10:30–20:30 (Snow Entertainment Zone closes at 18:00), March 17–21, March 24–28, March 31, April 1–3, April 7–11, April 14–18, April 21–25, April 27–30.

oShoulder Season: 10:00–21:30, March 22–23, March 29–30, April 12–13, April 19–20, April 26.

oPeak Season: 9:30–22:00, April 4–6.

2.Sunac Land Bonski tickets are the same price for adults and children, no discounted or free tickets available. All tickets and packages must be made 1 day in advance; same-day bookings are not accepted. 

3.All ticket types will no need to select sessions when purchase in 2025. The beginner slope have been adjusted to “Honey Bear’ & “Penguins”. 

4.All packages are included skiing equipment. 

5.Ski Pass Policies: Real-name registration is implemented for admission and ticketing. Valid personal identification (ID card/passport/Home Return Permit/HK-Macau ID, etc.) and a ski pass are required for admission.

6.Travel packages must be sold as a bundle; individual sales of bus tickets, entry tickets, or hotel bookings are not permitted. Please specify the usage date when booking. Once booked, no refunds or changes are allowed, please ensure all information are accurate.
