Osotto Recreation Hotel
1) Hydrotherapy package included Shower, sauna, herbal sauna, massage pool for men, a luxurious buffet, children's play area, table tennis, fitness, darts, internet access, reading room, relaxation lounge with sleeping sofas, smart TV, fruit juices, and drinks.
2) Overstay fees: If guests exceed the time, an overstay fee will incur:
A. Overdue within 12 hours (total duration within 24 hours): RMB 50/hour, maximum RMB 200.
B. Overdue over 12 hours (total duration over 24 hours):
i. The first 12 hours of overstay will incur a fee of RMB 200 as mentioned in point 2A.
ii. The remaining 12 hours will be considered as another billing cycle (each billing cycle is 24 hours) at the front desk: RMB 318/person for Monday to Friday and RMB 340/person on weekends. The overstay fee must be paid at the front desk upon departure.
3) Chargeable services: Lobby massage services, body massage, space capsules, spa treatments and rooms etc.
4) Additional benefits for presenting Trans-Island Chinalink bus ticket:
A. Priority entry during peak hours.
B. Discount on chargeable services: For package customer can enjoy 30% off for massage service, 65% off for room check-in after 1am and 50% off for check-in at other times.
C. 4 guests or above can enjoy a relaxation room, game room, or tea room for 2 hours.
Sky Recreation Hotel
1) Hydrotherapy package included Shower, sauna, massage pool, fruits and drinks, ice cream and dim sum, hot pot, buffet, theater, children’s play area, fitness, relaxation lounge/space capsule/tatami etc.
2) Sky Recreation Hotel Overstay fees: If guests exceed the time, an overstay fee will incur:
A. Overdue within 12 hours (total duration within 24 hours): RMB 15/hour, maximum RMB 200.
B. Overdue over 12 hours (total duration over 24 hours):
i. The first 12 hours of overstay will incur a fee as mentioned in point 2A.
ii. The remaining 12 hours will be considered as another billing cycle (each billing cycle is 24 hours) at the front desk upon departure.
3) Chargeable services: Lobby massage services, body massage, spa treatments and rooms etc.
Notes:
1) No reservation required: Guests can redeem their pass on or before 31 December 2024 at the front desk by using the "booking information receipt" before entry.
2) Not applicable on Mainland China Public Holidays.
3) Definition of 12 or 24 hours Hydrotherapy: Time is counted from the entry card is issued until it is returned while no entry time restrictions.
4) Package must be sold in bundles and cannot be sold separately. Packages are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed, please re-confirm all information.
5) E-levy amount equivalent to 0.15% of the total amount is included.
