7. Weekdays refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Holidays refer to Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
8. Ticket redemption for The House of Dancing Water: All orders will receive a confirmation letter via WhatsApp or email on the second working day, which will include your e‑ticket. Please check the email address or WhatsApp number you registered when purchasing. You can enter directly by scanning the code and presenting a valid ID card or passport.
